Responsibilities

  • The Test Technician position supports electrical and mechanical testing of our non-energetic product lines.
  • Test data will be generated to support customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Occasional heavy lifting (25 lbs.) and overtime may be required.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma (Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).
  • Experience working in an aerospace industry is preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently and interface with individuals at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving and communication skills are required.
  • Candidates must be able to interpret and execute test requirements provided in written specifications.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a test lab environment with exposure to several of the following areas:

Skills

  • Microsoft Word and Excel Proficiency
  • Intron Tensile tester programming (Bluehill Universal Software)
  • Watlow F4 and F4T programming

Compensation

  • $60,000 - $75,000 per year. Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
