- What You'll Actually Work On These are real projects, not hypotheticals: Process automation: New advisor onboarding - The process from signed agreement to fully-provisioned advisor touches multiple teams and manual handoffs.
- Streamline it so new advisors are operational faster and our team can focus on helping advisors who need it instead of pushing paperwork.
Responsibilities
- onboarding, transaction processing, advisor support, reporting, CRM workflows, and communications that touch every team in the company.
- identify the bottleneck, design the solution, deploy it, and measure whether it worked.
- HubSpot manages our advisor lifecycle.
- Build automation that improves lead routing, lifecycle stage transitions, follow-up sequences, and data hygiene without requiring someone to babysit it.
- Advisor support tickets need faster, smarter routing.
- Build automated alerts and dashboards that surface problems before someone has to go looking for them.
