  • What You'll Actually Work On These are real projects, not hypotheticals: Process automation: New advisor onboarding - The process from signed agreement to fully-provisioned advisor touches multiple teams and manual handoffs.
  • Streamline it so new advisors are operational faster and our team can focus on helping advisors who need it instead of pushing paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • onboarding, transaction processing, advisor support, reporting, CRM workflows, and communications that touch every team in the company.
  • identify the bottleneck, design the solution, deploy it, and measure whether it worked.
  • HubSpot manages our advisor lifecycle.
  • Build automation that improves lead routing, lifecycle stage transitions, follow-up sequences, and data hygiene without requiring someone to babysit it.
  • Advisor support tickets need faster, smarter routing.
  • Build automated alerts and dashboards that surface problems before someone has to go looking for them.
