About the role
- Wonderful Citrus has launched its Farming Rotational Program in Edinburg, Texas.
- This one-year program offers hands-on experience across multiple departments within Farming, providing participants with a well-rounded understanding of agricultural operations.
- Rotate through all areas of the Farming division, including but not limited to Nursery Operation, Shops, Pest Control, Spray Operations, General Cultural Farming.
Responsibilities
- Build trust through truth, integrity, and accountability; inspires and motivates people to be their best
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in outdoor work or agricultural operations.
Nice to have
- A bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field is preferred but not required.
