About the role

CrowdStrike is seeking an Enterprise Renewal Sales Specialist to join our Global Renewals Management Function within our GTM organization.
This critical teammate will be responsible for retaining and growing CRWD's renewals by driving customer centric renewal strategy and execution.
Protect and Grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by supporting the Strategic and

Collaborate with the Strategic and Enterprise Field Sales team on renewal strategy and drive commercial Renewal/Flex alignment
Support the execution of an expansion strategy around the renewal (Flex, Reflex, Upsell)
Drive smooth renewal execution and close process (negotiate commercial terms, price uplift capture, conversion of a Renewal to Flex)
Flag any risk early on in out quarter renewals in your territory and drive accurate renewals forecast
Collaborate with Field sales and Customer Value Architects on any accounts at risk and risk mitigation strategies
Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections

5 years of experience in Enterprise Renewals, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success
Experience and proficiency with MS Excel
Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements
Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Serve as a subject matter expert on subscription management and Renewals for our enterprise customers
