About the role
- Company Overview Select Driving School is looking for a Trainee/Mentor Coordinator to add to their team.
- These position provide an in-depth view of new student onboarding and training as well as the selection, training, and supervision of the Mentor Fleet.
- The Training Department is a strategic asset in Recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Each day provides opportunities to widen your circle of influence and build new relationships within Recruiting, Driver Development, Operations, Safety, Payroll, Risk Managemment and Assets as you help provide a supply of newly first-seat drivers to PAM Transport.
- The service they provide helps build the manned truck count and keeps the wheels turning.
