Responsibilities

  • Lead Organizational Growth: Develop and execute strategic marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Forecast enrollment and support expansion into new markets.
  • Drive Digital Marketing: Lead SEO, website optimization, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Build Community Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with physicians, schools, hospitals, universities, and community organizations.
  • Develop referral growth strategies and community outreach initiatives.
  • You'll serve as the executive leader responsible for expanding AB Spectrum's impact by increasing community awareness, strengthening referral partnerships, growing client enrollment, and building a best-in-class marketing and communications strategy.
