Responsibilities

- This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, strong in Excel, comfortable working with data, and excited to build experience in a fast moving aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.
- You will help issue purchase orders, collect supplier quotes, track open orders, maintain accurate supplier and pricing data, and build reports that help the team make better purchasing and planning decisions.
Requirements
- Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) to meet customer and regulatory requirements**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, production, finance, and suppliers
Nice to have
- Technical/Engineering background
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, hardware, or another complex product environment
- Exposure to BOMs, PLM systems, or engineering driven product development
- Awareness of AS9100, ITAR/EAR, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, Epicor, or similar

Compensation
- Life Insurance (2x Salary) 100% covered by the company
- $60,000 to $80,000 base salary + equity
