Define and lead multiple test campaigns for major programs, including requirements verification, procedure development, and execution oversight.
Analyze test data, lead root cause investigations, resolve anomalies and nonconformance's
Provides technical support and mentorship to junior engineers.

U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.
Demonstrated experience in safely handling, operating, and testing of flight hardware
1000 Years of relevant experience in hardware test (thermal, structural, electromagnetic interference/ compatibility, RF, Fluids, etc.) engineering with continuously evolving requirements.
Experience leading complex test campaigns and multidisciplinary teams. </l
Able to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and technical documentation skills.
Capable of creating training standards for technicians and engineers to safely operate test equipment.

We are seeking highly motivated Hardware and Environments Test Engineers to support the design, planning, and execution of test campaigns for aerospace defense systems.
You will work closely with engineers, program managers, and technical teams to ensure that systems meet performance, environmental, and mission-critical requirements.
In this role, you will develop test plans, execute tests, collect data, analyze results, and ensure that the systems meet all specifications.
The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace technologies in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Interface with program leadership, customers, regulatory bodies, venders, and technicians during design reviews and formal test events.
