Responsibilities

  • Define and lead multiple test campaigns for major programs, including requirements verification, procedure development, and execution oversight.
  • Analyze test data, lead root cause investigations, resolve anomalies and nonconformance's
  • Provides technical support and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.
  • Demonstrated experience in safely handling, operating, and testing of flight hardware
  • 1000 Years of relevant experience in hardware test (thermal, structural, electromagnetic interference/ compatibility, RF, Fluids, etc.) engineering with continuously evolving requirements.
  • Experience leading complex test campaigns and multidisciplinary teams. </l
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and technical documentation skills.
  • Capable of creating training standards for technicians and engineers to safely operate test equipment.

  • We are seeking highly motivated Hardware and Environments Test Engineers to support the design, planning, and execution of test campaigns for aerospace defense systems.
  • You will work closely with engineers, program managers, and technical teams to ensure that systems meet performance, environmental, and mission-critical requirements.
  • In this role, you will develop test plans, execute tests, collect data, analyze results, and ensure that the systems meet all specifications.

  • Interface with program leadership, customers, regulatory bodies, venders, and technicians during design reviews and formal test events.
