About the role
- You will assist with laboratory testing, environmental monitoring, and documentation while working under the guidance of experienced team members.
- This role is based onsite, where hands-on laboratory work and collaboration are essential to maintaining quality and compliance with cGMP standards.
- The position follows a Wednesday through Saturday schedule, working overnight from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological testing for in-process, release, and stability samples with guidance
- Support environmental and utility monitoring, including HVAC and facility sampling
- Record and document test results following GMP and data integrity standards
- Use laboratory systems and basic software to enter and manage data
- Hands-on training and skill-building
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related science field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Nice to have
- Limited experience in a laboratory or regulated environment preferred
- Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and aseptic practices preferred
