Requirements

  • Required Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, scenario analysis, and clean data structuring.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and deal pipeline management.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as an analyst or associate in Global Markets, Strategy, Business Development, Business Management, or Management Consulting.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including executive storylining, charting, formatting, and strong slide design discipline.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, diligent, goal oriented and forward-thinking approach to execution.
  • Experience building BI-style dashboards or automated reporting tools.

Nice to have

  • VBA experience is a plus.
  • Preferred Skills Knowledge of Markets products across asset classes is highly valued.
  • Understanding risk concepts and capital rules is a plus.

Compensation

  • Minimum: $145,000.00 USD Maximum: $190,000.00 USD We Value Your Impact: Your contribution matters and it's recognized.
  • The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range.
  • For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
  • The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
