- In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $125,000-$135,000 base salary.
Responsibilities
- work with design team to produce designs that are ready for manufacturing and assembling efficiently
- Create assembly process plans, standard work instructions, partner with operations to coordinate resources, and monitor progress to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements, automation, and lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce production errors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, quality control specialists, and production operators, to address issues and ensure smooth production operations
- Investigate and resolve production issues, such as defects, machine malfunctions, or process inconsistencies, to maintain a smooth production flow
Requirements
- The right candidate must have a strong mechanical aptitude and practical manufacturing attitude suitable for volume production.
- Design, specify and select manufacturing tools, equipment, and machinery required for aerospace assembly processes

Compensation
- In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $125,000-$135,000 base salary.
