About the role
- The Facilities Associate (Maintenance Technician I) is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of Topgolf's venue, grounds, equipment, and systems.
- This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.
Responsibilities
- Specific circumstances may allow or require some incumbents assigned to the job to perform a different combination of duties.
- shift is different, every guest brings their own energy, and the people who work here make it all happen.
- Can you troubleshoot a repair issue, respond to a maintenance call, and manage your supplies and tools - all in the same shift?
- We're looking for a Facilities Associate who wants to build real maintenance skills in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
Requirements
- No experience is required - we will train you.
Nice to have
- desire to learn maintenance and technical skills strongly preferred 6+ months of maintenance experience or trade school certificate(s) in electrical, plumbing, or maintenance preferred Valid driver's license required
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be 18 years of age or older as required by state or local law PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Let's be real - this isn't your typical desk job!
