Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility at the time of hire
Nice to have
- Prior experience preferred in project management that involved event project planning and execution.
- Prior experience in finance, procurement and budgeting preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Displays the ability to make decisions independently that result in innovative, creative solutions.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 0-1 years of professional level experience required
- Experience or exposure in multiple areas within Nissan and/or the auto industry, preferred.

Company info
- Assist with logistics for all NDAB and IDAB Meetings.
- Communication with Executive Team and Dealers
- Securing meeting rooms, venues & meals
- Assist with securing Dealer attendee flights, securing transportation, hotels, HQ check in and monitoring attendee movements
- Logistics for the RDAB/Subcommittees as well as the NDAB processes
- Coordinate Dealer flights and transportation to/from hotel/HQ/airport
- Work with local Destination Management Company (DMC) to coordinate onsite logistics
- Assist on the development, coordination and execution for all National and/or Regional Dealer Meetings, Field Meetings, NADA Meetings and receptions, or "ad-hock" meetings.
- Assist in the development and logistics of the Nissan Global Award trip, from the HQ office, for our top performing dealers.
- Assist with all departmental project budgeting, shopping baskets and tracking, including budget reconciliation with the TRACS report for both the department and the Sales VP's Area of Responsibility.
- Assist with special projects assigned to the department, such as written and video communications from the executive team to the dealer body.
- Assist with planning and execution of Nissan Americas Dealer Meetings (NADM).
