Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality control procedures, calibration, and equipment performance
  • Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
  • Document results accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

  • CPR certification required or ability to obtain within twelve (12) months
  • Must be eligible for MLT certification within twelve (12) months if not already certified

Skills

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Compensation

  • Commensurate with experience
  • Perform moderate- and high-complexity laboratory testing in areas including:
  • Hematology and Coagulation
  • Ensure proper specimen collection, handling, processing, and reporting
  • Maintain quality control procedures, calibration, and equipment performance
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve testing discrepancies

  • Medical Technologist (MT - ASCP, AMT, or HEW)
