Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and priorities to maximize efficiency.
- Manage correspondence, monitor action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables and commitments.
- Manage departmental budgets, process invoices, reconcile expenses, and partner with Finance on budget tracking.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential records, files, and documentation.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fully bilingual in English and French, with the ability to support leaders and collaborate with teams across Canada.

Requirements
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team and Board committees, as required.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within an Executive Leadership Team environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and AI tools
