Responsibilities
- Manage operational workflows, program schedules, staffing actions, priorities, risk tracking, and internal/external communications.
- Support the drafting, review, and implementation of Technical Direction Letters (TDLs) issued by WHCA leadership.
- Work closely with WHCA, WHMO, and Presidential support elements to align project execution with mission timelines, operational constraints, and security requirements.
- Mission Area Support
- Support planning, coordination, and delivery of the next generation global Head of State network, ensuring operational readiness, availability, and resilience.
- Manage operations supporting mobile communications technologies for Presidential limousines, helicopters, aircraft, and mobile transport units.
- Manage project staffing, logistics, and sequencing for East Wing build out and broader infrastructure modernization.
- Support workforce planning and operational design, ensuring WHCA's structure aligns with the demands of a modernized global network.
- Support the establishment of cyber protection teams, monitoring solutions, and identity management modernization efforts across the PITC ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience managing federal or DoD programs with similar mission complexity.
- Experience working within classified environments and supporting senior government principals.
- Familiarity with secure mobility technologies, enterprise network modernization, and mission-critical communications.

- Strong background in operations management, large-scale project coordination, and cross-functional leadership.
- Desired:
- Prior experience supporting WHCA, WHMO, Service Executive Communications, or national leadership communications programs.
- Demonstrated success coordinating rapid-response technical actions under strict timelines.
- Understanding of CSfC Capability Packages, secure mobile architectures, and Presidential platform communication requirements.

- There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
