About the role
- DeleteMe's Privacy Operations team is the beating heart of the organization, delivering timely and high quality service to protect our members.
- Our Custom Request team works with DeleteMe members on custom data requests.
- Custom Removal Advisors keep our members' data safe by scouring the internet for information and facilitating its removal.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated history of developing and improving operational processes
- We deliver detailed privacy reports, continuous monitoring, and expert support to ensure ongoing protection.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations or customer service
- 3+ years of experience in incident management or rapid response customer service
- Experience working with a high growth company or fast paced environments
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams
- Proficiency with G Suite, Slack, Jira
- Must be based in the Boston, MA area and able to work in-office five days per week.
