Additional Information - Shift: Work Hours: 2nd (3:00PM to 11:15PM) - Pay Classification: W2 ($17.00 to $29.24) - This position requires current authorization to work in the United States.

Develop and adjust basic CNC programs to support production requirements.
Perform visual inspections to verify all products meet established quality standards.
Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities in partnership with peers, supervisors, and engineers.
Perform routine equipment and tooling maintenance, including evaluating tooling conditions and requirements.
Support team development by assisting with training and skill-building activities for less experienced operators.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including completion of daily housekeeping responsibilities.
Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental stewardship.

1-3 years of experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
Experience with CNC-controlled equipment, automation, or robotic systems.
Familiarity with precision measuring devices and quality inspection processes.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Current authorization to work in the United States.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
