About the role
- As a Automation Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our automated equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Your key responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance, documenting work activities, and replacing key components such as motors, circuit boards, sensors, bearings, and air cylinders.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on automated encapsulation, packaging, picking, storage and retrieval equipment.
- Perform precision mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic trouble shooting and repairs on automated equipment.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair automated equipment.
- Read and interpret equipment service manuals and work orders to perform required preventative maintenance and repairs.
Nice to have
- Experience in preventative maintenance and repair of industrial machinery is preferred.
