Role Summary The Junior Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned engineering and manufacturing projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations.

This role is ideal for an early-career project management professional who is ready to transition from coordination and support into direct project ownership.

Ensure required resources are identified, scheduled, and aligned with project priorities.

Technical & Professional Skills
Working knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
Experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Experience working with ERP systems in a project, manufacturing, or order-management environment.
Ability to interpret technical documentation, schedules, and financial data.
Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving capability, including root cause analysis.
Customer-focused mindset with a bias for action and results.
