About the role

  • Work Shift 100% IN PERSON - Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible.
  • Due to the nature of this role, the expectation is to work from the office full time.
  • Location (in-person): 5716 Bellaire Blvd., Suite H., Houston, TX 77081 Schedule Our 5716 Bellaire Blvd., Suite H., Houston, TX 77081 location has standard operation hours Sunday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time (CT).

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages required.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance transactional responsibilities while supporting business development and marketing efforts during slower business periods.

Compensation

  • The hourly rate is $16.50 per hour.
