  • As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategy, adoption, and measurable impact of enterprise data platforms that power business decisions and client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Reference Data Platform Strategy & Support is at the forefront of enabling how clients manage their financial lives through modern, scalable, and reliable technology platforms.
  • You will partner closely with senior leaders, engineering teams, analysts, and platform users to bring clarity to complex problems, influence direction, and move initiatives from concept through execution.
  • You will lead working sessions, support prioritization and decision-making, manage risks and dependencies, and establish the rhythms, metrics, and stakeholder engagement needed to advance platform initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and make sound decisions in a challenging environment.
  • Developing epics and user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment between business intent and technical implementation.
  • Championing adoption and value realization by working with business partners to enable onboarding, track usage and outcomes, and continuously iterate on products based on feedback and performance insights.
  • Manage escalations, resolve team conflicts, and foster a professional, inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Success in this role requires strong executive communication, the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences, and comfort working across both strategic planning and firsthand delivery.

  • What you have Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management, business systems, software delivery, or related technology role.
  • Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and requirements gathering.
  • Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.
  • Proficiency with standard business software and reporting tools.
  • Background in technical product management, business analysis, systems implementation, or software engineering.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, Bruno, Co-Pilot or other AI tools or product analytics platforms.

Compensation

  • In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
