About the role

  • The Electrical Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • This role supervises crews, coordinates with project management, and ensures compliance with all applicable codes, specifications, and company procedures.
  • Test electrical systems using appropriate tools to determine where issues may be occurring.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements. Report all policy violations, procedures, and guidelines to supervisor.
  • Maintain equipment to ensure it is in good condition and can operate or be used safely.
  • Maintain and ensure general housekeeping of work areas.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade, with at least 4 years leading mission critical projects and electrical teams.
  • Ability to contribute to the installation or be able to direct others through the installation and troubleshooting process.
  • Ability to coordinate or place material orders after competition price comparisons have been completed.
