Responsibilities

  • Support the reporting manager in project management and financial analysis across a wide range of projects and industries, including real estate and operating companies.
  • Execute and review detailed financial modeling, build and analyze cash flow forecasts, and conduct comprehensive financial statement reviews.
  • Collaborate effectively within project teams and interact with senior-level client personnel.
  • Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain credibility in all interactions.
  • Excellent project management skills and proven capabilities to support project teams
  • Ability to independently develop and write superior quality work product with limited oversight

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Highly organized, dynamic and possess the ability to pivot and shift focus without losing deadlines or priorities.
  • A willingness to travel, up to 40%, as required by client service needs.
  • Should be motivated, demonstrate a high degree of energy, and be a self-starter
  • Must have the ability to multitask, often in a time-pressured, urgent environment
  • Ability to work both independently, as well as a team member
  • Must be able to sit for long period of time

Nice to have

  • 1-3 years of experience in Audit, Big 4 Accounting, Banking, Consulting, Finance, or related fields.
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
  • A Master's is a plus.
  • CPA, CFA, CTP, and CIRA are a plus
