Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Management and business leaders to identify capability gaps, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support workforce readiness.
- Experience partnering with leaders to assess organizational needs and implement practical development solutions that improve performance.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and build credibility with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, player-coach approach to program design, delivery, and execution.
- A highly visible role with the ability to drive meaningful impact on culture, capability, and business performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources Development, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- What You Can Look Forward To
Compensation
- $125,000 - $150,000
- Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

- Establish learning governance, standards, and processes that ensure consistency, prioritization, and long-term sustainability.
