About the role

Responsibilities
- Plans, designs, and conducts usability studies and human factors evaluations across multiple stages of product development.
- Leads human factors validation activities in alignment with relevant standards.
- Analyzes research data and translates findings into clear, practical design recommendations.
- Prepares and delivers research reports and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborates with industrial designers, engineers, and product managers to integrate user insights into product development.
- Supports continuous improvement of research processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in design principles, human factors engineering, social sciences research, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
