Responsibilities
- Handle memos, reports, invoices, and related documents, including sensitive information, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Manage travel arrangements, prepare and review expense reports, and compile and maintain supporting documents.
- Build cross-functional relationships with key partners in other departments.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to C-suite and other senior executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2-4 years' relevant work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Outlook and Office Suite
Nice to have
- Technology industry is a plus but not required
- Job Expectations:
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Comfortable supporting several executives
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
