Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth across the U.S. and Canadian markets
- Partner closely with regional sales leadership to identify priority accounts, target segments, and strategic marketing opportunities
- Collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, communications, and events teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support regional business goals
- Manage and measure marketing programs that generate qualified leads, accelerate deals, and support revenue growth
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using data and KPIs to refine and optimize regional marketing program
- Vibrant storytellers and Chainalysis evangelists, our Marketing team leverages cutting-edge research, real customer success stories, and the infinite possibilities in between to drive expansion around the world.
- We design high-impact programs that bring our brand to life through events, campaigns, and executive engagement, ultimately driving pipeline growth and strengthening relationships across the digital asset ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing roles
- Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams to generate pipeline and accelerate deals
- Experience marketing to financial services, technology, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency companies
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
Nice to have
- Experience working in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or cybersecurity industries
- Experience marketing to public sector organizations or government stakeholders
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company or startup environment
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and enterprise sales cycles
