About the role
- This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
- The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities
- We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us.
- As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be a critical contributor on our Revenue Marketing team, working cross-functionally to develop our go-to-market strategy and execute campaigns that create and accelerate sales pipeline.
- Reporting to the AMER Field Marketing Lead, you will partner closely with regional sales leaders to align marketing strategy with sales goals through a mix of digital campaigns, experiential events, executive roundtables, and ABM.
- Develop and own the field marketing program for North America across owned and sponsored events from concept through completion, including planning, budgeting, vendor management, and reporting.
- Partner closely with revenue leaders, field sales reps, and SDRs on pre- and post-show strategies to engage target audiences and maximize pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with internal partners on Asana-hosted events across ABM, Brand, Community, and Customer Advocacy.
- Own the tracking and reporting of program results, closely monitoring event KPIs, lead flow, pipeline creation, and overall program ROI.
- Strong relationship-builder with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, work with executives and high-profile speakers, and drive buy-in from sales leadership.
- Working knowledg e of marketing technology tools (Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms) and comfort utilizing data to drive campaign de cisions.
