Responsibilities

  • Data & Quality: Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensure a "zero-defect" mindset through close attention to detail.
  • We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensure a "zero-defect" mindset through close attention to detail.
  • You maintain focus during high-pressure shifts and can pivot when production priorities change.

Requirements

  • Detail-Oriented: You have a strong eye for quality and can monitor close tolerances to ensure every product meets specifications.
  • Team-First: You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker for the good of the department.
  • 1-2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
  • Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
  • You have a strong eye for quality and can monitor close tolerances to ensure every product meets specifications.
