About the role
- 6+ years of related experience in a technology, information exchange, EDI, and/or healthcare environment
- 6+ years managing moderate to highly complex implementations with independence, accountability, and sound judgment
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, including claims processing, provider office workflows, and customer service processes
Responsibilities
- Manage payer, vendor, partner, and cross-functional relationships to meet Program Management objectives.
- Coordinate partner awareness of Availity functionality and support production issue communication with Operations and IT.
- Mentor analysts and improve processes to support quality, speed, and scalability.
- Availity partners with various organizations, both locally and nationally, to raise awareness, funds and morale as our staff members volunteer their time and funds to engage the organizations campaign.
- Having cameras on helps create a more connected, interactive, and productive environment, allowing teams to communicate more effectively and build stronger working relationships.
Requirements
- Develop implementation plans, initiate customer workstreams, create required tickets, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Submitters, Vendors and/or Receivers/Payers is a plus
- Customer service and/or relationship management experience is a plus
- Experience in software implementations is a plus
