About the role

Responsibilities

  • Delivers and maintains a maximum level of service.
  • Manages multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines, often in stressful and high-pressure situations.
  • Maintains a change bank to provide services for guests, including making change, and helping guests expedite transactions.
  • Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Requirements

  • Will be required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.

Nice to have

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Hospitality or casino experience preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Poker room as a dealer / dual rate.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint are a plus.
  • Requires a willingness to work beyond the boundaries of an average work day.
  • Must be able to work proficiently with deadlines and disciplined to work without constant guidance and supervision.
  • Must possess a positive, "whatever it takes" attitude.

Skills

  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests.
  • Conversational English required.
  • Ability to write instructions.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
