About the role
- This role is both internal- and external-facing.
Responsibilities
- External partner project leadership: Serve as the senior project owner on integrations and initiatives with our enterprise partners.
- Run the working sessions, manage scope and timeline commitments, drive technical alignment, and own the communication back to both organizations.
- Cross-functional project delivery: Lead the projects that span Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM - platform launches, system integrations, partner portals, digital initiatives, AI tooling rollouts.
- Set sequencing, manage dependencies, track milestones and blockers, and drive projects across the finish line with hints of program-level thinking when initiatives stretch across multiple workstreams.
- Stakeholder management and executive communication: Own the status narrative on the projects you run.
- Manage stakeholders across every level - director, VP, and C-suite - both internally and at partner organizations.
- Technical fluency: Lead conversations on APIs, integrations, authentication, and digital workflows without needing a translator.
- Push back when a proposal creates downstream issues.
