About the role
- Salary Range: $150,000-$160,000 Project Start Date: July 1, 2026 Project Duration: 24 months Full-time, on-site position.
- Monitor project progress and performance against baseline plans, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate reporting of project controls data.
Responsibilities
- Lead project controls activities including scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and change management.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and cost estimates in coordination with project teams.
- Manage risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes.
- Mentor and support project controls staff to build capability and ensure best practices.
- The Project Controls Lead at Overwatch Construction Management plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating project controls activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
- This position involves working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop, monitor, and report on project schedules, budgets, risks, and change management processes.
- The Project Controls Lead will ensure consistency in project controls methodology across projects and provide guidance and support to project controls team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field required.
- Experience with large capital projects, preferably in airport or infrastructure sectors, is highly desirable.

Compensation
