Responsibilities
- Ability to read and interpret legal documents, plats, and survey records
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 10+ years of surveying experience, including a minimum of 5 years in either field or office
- Strong knowledge of surveying practices and procedures (field and office)
- Experience preparing ALTA, boundary, topographic, subdivision, and as-built surveys
- Experience coordinating and directing field crews
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work a regular schedule of Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Nice to have
- Degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Surveying, or related field and/or NSPS Survey Certification preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office (Carlson experience a plus)
