- Blue Valley Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team serving the Englewood and Longmont, CO areas.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems and equipment.
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional service.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and job site.
- Accurately document work performed and recommendations.
- Whether you're interested in becoming a Field/Department Manager or maybe you're interested in Sales, Tech and Corporate roles, we're here to support your growth.
Requirements
- Experience servicing residential HVAC systems, components, and equipment.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds.
- Over 30 years of serving the Denver and Boulder communities.
Nice to have
- Boiler experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
Compensation
- $100,000-$150,000+ annual earning potential
