Deliver world-class customer service by proactively managing ticket lifecycles and communicating progress with urgency.
Collaborate across global IS departments to optimize office efficiency and ensure technical needs are seamlessly met.
Drive operational effectiveness by implementing process improvements, automation, and asset lifecycle management.
Act as a technical lead and mentor, providing informal guidance to team members on projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 2 years of IT experience, or an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience.

Compensation

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
$55,000.00-$75,600.00 Pay Rate Type
