This is a highly technical role focused on designing, implementing, and operating low-latency, high-throughput services that sit at the heart of Yobi's Behavioral AI platform.

Unlike traditional LLM companies, Yobi builds foundation models of human behavior grounded in real-world actions such as purchases and store visits.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Yobi Ad Platform, you'll build and scale the core systems that power our real-time ML-based advertising stack.
You can design clean interfaces, modular service boundaries, and deployment patterns that scale with product and team growth.

You are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, and have a track record of turning uncertainty into a clear actionable implementation plan.
You balance strong technical standards with pragmatism-you know when to ship and when to refactor.

Deep systems experience.
You've built or scaled distributed, high-throughput, low-latency systems-ideally in advertising, recommendations, or another real-time domain.

$180,000-$275,000
