Build customer relationships across multiple markets and conduct site visits to evaluate needs.
Project Sales Representative Thayer, LLC Auburn, ME Thayer is seeking mechanically skilled Project Sales Representatives to support our commercial HVAC/R and building services projects across New England.
Develop scopes of work, estimates, and proposals and present solutions to customers.
Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and job site oversight.
Promptly follow up on leads and referrals.
Maintain an active backlog of quotes to ensure booking goal is consistently met.
