About the role
- The New Customer Experience team is looking for a software engineer focused on improving the end-to-end experience for new customers adopting the Pantheon platform.
- Our team interfaces with almost every department at the company on one of the highest priority initiatives at Pantheon: completely revamping how customers discover, evaluate, onboard, and get value from our product.
- You will work on a variety of technologies, including Python services, our GraphQL gateway, authentication and authorization systems using Auth0, and infrastructure managed with Terraform on Google Cloud.

- Proven ability to independently solve problems and drive projects to completion.
Requirements
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, GoLang, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Experience with RESTful and Graphql APIs
- Experience with authentication and authorization systems, including Auth0.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
Skills
- Good writing skills, to contribute to technical documentation.
Compensation
- The US base salary range for this position in the United States is $139,680 - $174,600 USD per year.
