About the role

  • The New Customer Experience team is looking for a software engineer focused on improving the end-to-end experience for new customers adopting the Pantheon platform.
  • Our team interfaces with almost every department at the company on one of the highest priority initiatives at Pantheon: completely revamping how customers discover, evaluate, onboard, and get value from our product.
  • You will work on a variety of technologies, including Python services, our GraphQL gateway, authentication and authorization systems using Auth0, and infrastructure managed with Terraform on Google Cloud.

  • Proven ability to independently solve problems and drive projects to completion.

Requirements

  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, GoLang, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Experience with RESTful and Graphql APIs
  • Experience with authentication and authorization systems, including Auth0.
  • After an offer is made and accepted, E-verify will be utilized to establish your identity and employment eligibility as required by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.

Skills

  • Good writing skills, to contribute to technical documentation.

Compensation

  • The US base salary range for this position in the United States is $139,680 - $174,600 USD per year.
