About the role
- This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment.
- The Junior Recruiter will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for entry-level to mid-level legal support roles.
- Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Help build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for recurring or upcoming roles.
- Support general recruiting and HR administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- prior exposure to legal roles is helpful but not required.
- Interest in the legal field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Compensation Range:
- $70,000 - $80,000 USD
- Compensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to
- prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience
- prior internship or coordinator experience in HR/recruiting is a plus.
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
