About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and supply orders.
  • Maintain vendor files, insurance certifications, and compliance records.
  • Support the GM with Action List updates and other tasks as assigned.
  • Job Summary The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in all aspects of the daily operations of the association.
  • Action Property Management is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading operations at one of Austin's premier luxury high-rise communities.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Software Proficiency: Utilizes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other PC-based programs for daily duties.
  • Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in property management, and or hotels.
  • Luxury experience preferred.
