About the role
- The Assistant General Manager acts as a liaison related to community information and member services and assists in the training and supervision of front desk and access control staff.

Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and supply orders.
- Maintain vendor files, insurance certifications, and compliance records.
- Support the GM with Action List updates and other tasks as assigned.
- Job Summary The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in all aspects of the daily operations of the association.
- Action Property Management is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading operations at one of Austin's premier luxury high-rise communities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Software Proficiency: Utilizes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other PC-based programs for daily duties.
- Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.

Nice to have
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in property management, and or hotels.
- Luxury experience preferred.
