About the role

  • The Receptionist continuously offers the highest level of service to all corporate employees and their visitors.
  • The Corporate Receptionist provides exceptional service by greeting and assisting all visitors and answering inbound calls.
  • A willingness to be cross-functional in SPS onsite services is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide light administrative support, including scheduling meeting rooms, ordering catering, and assisting other teams with tasks such as envelope labeling, compiling manuals, and other administrative projects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, including visitor reading materials.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure when interacting with callers and visitors.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ongoing tasks
  • Previous retail customer service experience is prefered to support an upcoming customer-facing project.

  • SPS team members may use transcription or note-taking technology solely to support accurate interview documentation.

Requirements

  • Fine and gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift, carry, and move packages using a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods.
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • 1-3 years of previous work experience required, with a strong preference for administrative, reception, concierge, or customer-facing experience.
