About the role

  • We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system tune-ups, when needed.
  • Maintain accurate service records and document recommendations and repairs.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, service and repair.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial clients.
  • The technician must have strong troubleshooting skills, be customer-service oriented, and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Technical school or HVAC certification preferred).
  • EPA certification, and Journeyman's license (a plus)

  • Operates hand and power tools and vehicles.

Compensation

  • Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces.
  • Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds.

  • Earning potential $80K - 140K annually
