About the role
- This leader operates at the intersection of business strategy, operations, technology, and process excellence, partnering closely with executive leadership and cross ‑ functional teams.
Responsibilities

- The Director of Transformation will help build and scale our next ‑ generation operating model.
- Enterprise Transformation & Operating Model Design
- Lead enterprise transformation initiatives that modernize workflows, improve collaboration, and increase transparency across business units and subsidiaries.
- Design and implement scalable operating models that clarify decision rights, governance, and execution accountability.
- Partner with executive leadership to define and deliver transformation roadmaps aligned to business strategy, growth, and acquisition integration.
- Drive change initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process standardization, and modernization of systems and ways of working.
- Lead company ‑ wide process documentation and process mapping efforts across core business functions.
- Ensure processes are scalable, transferable, and support consistent execution across subsidiaries.
- Partner with technology leaders to modernize legacy systems and strengthen enterprise architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, operational strategy, technology, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of modern enterprise systems, data platforms, and digital architectures.
- Proven success leading enterprise ‑ scale initiatives involving technology, data, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and technical teams.
