About the role

  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise in immunization practices and family planning services, along with proven supervisory and program management experience.
  • Essential Functions: As defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, this classification may include any of the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts performance appraisals and implements performance management strategies as needed;
  • Maintains clear communication with the clinic nurse manager and Deputy Division Manager to include incident reporting, disciplinary issues, and changes in workflow or practices;
  • Performs phlebotomies, trains staff, and assists in the lab when needed;
  • Participates in emergency preparedness activities and acts as a nursing lead for Incident Command (IC) when needed.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, licensed to practice in the state of AZ AND four years of experience working as a registered nurse INCLUDING proficiency performing phlebotomies.
  • Frequently required to lift, push or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver license is required at time of application.
  • Valid AZ driver license is required at time of appointment.
  • Failure to obtain and maintain the required licenses and certifications shall be grounds for termination.

Compensation

  • $79,185 - $110,905 Annually
  • Hiring Range is an estimate of where you can receive an offer. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, training, and internal equity.
  • Pay Range is the entire compensation range for the position.
  • Hiring Range: $79,185 - $95,056 Annually
