About the role

The first review of applications will be on 7/10/2026.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise in immunization practices and family planning services, along with proven supervisory and program management experience.
Essential Functions: As defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, this classification may include any of the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics.

Conducts performance appraisals and implements performance management strategies as needed;
Maintains clear communication with the clinic nurse manager and Deputy Division Manager to include incident reporting, disciplinary issues, and changes in workflow or practices;
Performs phlebotomies, trains staff, and assists in the lab when needed;
Participates in emergency preparedness activities and acts as a nursing lead for Incident Command (IC) when needed.

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, licensed to practice in the state of AZ AND four years of experience working as a registered nurse INCLUDING proficiency performing phlebotomies.
Frequently required to lift, push or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver license is required at time of application.
Valid AZ driver license is required at time of appointment.
Failure to obtain and maintain the required licenses and certifications shall be grounds for termination.

Minimum one (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Selection Procedure:

Candidates meeting the minimum qualifications may be further evaluated/scored against any advertised Preferred Qualifications.
The hiring authority will interview and select the successful candidate from a referral list provided by Human Resources.

$79,185 - $110,905 Annually
Hiring Range is an estimate of where you can receive an offer. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, training, and internal equity.
Pay Range is the entire compensation range for the position.
