Responsibilities

  • Perform statistical analyses using appropriate methodologies to identify trends, outcomes, opportunities for improvement, and program impact.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, and key performance indicator (KPI) metrics to support decision-making and organizational reporting.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and provide administrative support related to evaluation and research activities. Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Compensation

  • The base pay scale for this position is $32.97 - $50.07.
  • The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation.
  • The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

  • Coordinate data collection, entry, validation, and reporting for Mission Impact Committee and CSP initiatives, community benefit activities, and Education Institute programs.
  • Conduct the evaluation of community education and graduate medical education programs.
  • Coordinate Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and research compliance activities for community education and GME projects.
