About the role

  • Opens and closes Lab at shift end and ensures equipment is stored in proper location to secure HVAC Technology Lab.
  • Utilizes College approved contractors to ensure proper handling of hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

  • Laboratory Technical Support
  • Answers routine questions, provides general information, and performs duties as assigned to maintain good public and student relations.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED with technical or vocational construction training.
  • 1 to 3 years of progressively responsible experience in various construction trades.
  • State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).
  • Completes and maintains required documentation, including inventory reports, work orders, and requisitions.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Regular, predictable, and punctual attendance is required.
