This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
Ensure high-quality program delivery by applying established standards, maintaining consistency, and monitoring participant experience.

Maintain data accuracy and generate reports to track program participation, completion, and overall effectiveness.
Coordinate with external vendors to support program delivery, including scheduling, communications, and quality assurance.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of timelines, expectations, and outcomes.
Escalate risks or challenges appropriately and propose solutions to maintain progress.

The Learning & Development Partner will manage multiple programs simultaneously, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure a seamless end-to-end learner journey.
Partner with the Director of Learning & Development to implement the enterprise learning roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and capability priorities.
Support the end-to-end delivery of enterprise learning programs, including planning, coordination, scheduling, facilitation, and execution across in-person, virtual, hybrid, and eLearning formats.
