About the role

  • Our core and supplemental programs in ELA, math, and science engage all students in rigorous learning and inspire them to think deeply, creatively, and for themselves.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain oversight of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control.
  • Analyze root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective action plans.
  • Provide analytical support metrics on inventory accuracy, shrinkage, excess, and reconciliation results.
  • Create and manage communication bridges between manufacturing, demand planning, and finance to reduce operational silos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite (or similar ERP system) and warehouse management systems.
  • Knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor reconciliation and technical troubleshooting of inventory discrepancies.
  • An automation-first mindset, with a proven ability to use Power Query to replace manual checklists with scalable reporting solutions.
  • Comfort with data ambiguity-the ability to synthesize information and provide actionable recommendations even with incomplete data sets.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Google Script, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Snowflake or other analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Google Apps Script and AI-driven platforms (e.g., Gemini or Claude) to automate administrative workflows, interpret complex data sets, and enhance overall process efficiency.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma), quality assurance practices, and project / change management frameworks.
  • APICS CPIM or other relevant supply chain/logistics certifications.

Compensation

  • The gross salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000.

Benefits

  • This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve systematic synchronization errors between Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and NetSuite to ensure a single source of truth for all inventory transactions and stock levels.
